We decided to partake in some of the fun Halloween festivities going on this year. I did some research and found a cute little farm in Syracuse that had a bunch of cute little activities. Here are some pictures from that day.

They had a cute maze for the little ones. So I walked Maddy to the middle and stepped back to see what she would do.

She walked around for a second with a funny look on her face and then quickly started climbing over the sides. Oh well, maybe next year. :)

They had these really cute little slides they had made with straw bails. Here Maddy and I are at the top of one of them.

This slide was pretty big and Maddy looked really nervous so we went down together. It's a good thing because she about took my arm off she was clinging on so tight.

The next size was quite a bit smaller and she goes down slides by herself all the time so I took her up to the top and let her go down by herself. She looks pretty terrified by the picture but she actually loved it. She went down it about a dozen times by herself and would have kept going all day if we would have let her.

They had a corn maze that we then wandered through. I have to admit that I was pretty impressed by Cody's sense of direction. He walked us in and out in no time with no map. This was a huge change for me considering I usually wander around in those things aimlessly for hours.

Maddy in the pumpkin patch.

Cody had passed by a pond on Weber's campus after taking a test one day and noticed that they had a bunch of ducks. So we decided to take Maddy over to feed them. Here she is throwing a piece of bread, as you can see she is really putting her arm into it. :)

Before we knew it we were surrounded. Cody actually had to shew a couple of them off because he was afraid they were going to bite at Maddy.

Maddy had a blast. She was sad when we had to leave. She kept pointing out the window and saying. No! Wook ducks. :)
