Madison

Madison is here! On New Years Eve I started having contractions about 1 in the morning by about 5 they were starting to get pretty regular so I called the hospital and they told me to come in. Cody got off work at 7 so I decided to wait for him to come home and pick me up. By the time we got to the hospital the contractions were about 4 minutes apart. When they checked me the nurse had a pretty nervous look on her face and called a dr in right away. They did a quick ultrasound and she was still breech so they pushed the rest of the c sections out and rushed me in for an emergency c section. About 20 minutes later Madison Elizabeth Fisher was born. She weighed 6 lbs 9 oz and was 19 inches long. Cody was pretty intrigued by the whole surgery and watched the whole thing. I kept watching to see if his face was getting white at all but he did really good. She is amazing. Both Cody and I catch ourselves just staring at her all the time. She is such a good baby. She only cries when she hungry or has a dirty diaper. Here are some pictures of her at the hospital and her first day home.
